Hillsdale College’s K-12 Education Office teaches schools and communities about the principles of excellent K-12 education, focusing on governance, leadership, curriculum, pedagogy, and school culture.  We collaborate with parents, school leaders, board members, and policymakers to found and support a nationwide network of classical schools, both public charter and private, that revive the American tradition of K-12 education.

In keeping with its principles, Hillsdale College operates the K-12 Education Office without accepting one penny of taxpayer funding. Hillsdale's assistance to classical schools—from start-up to opening to ongoing academic support—is offered as a free-of-charge service to assist those who share our dedication to educational excellence.
